How To Make IR Sensor/Obstacle Sensor

Introduction :

Here we learn about how to make IR sensor by using LM358 operational amplifier IC.

Working :

When you working on any hobby project for your school we uses lots of IR sensor modules but don't no how to make them. So we make a DIY version of IR sensor by using LM358, IR Led and Photodiode.

So LM358 is acts as analog to digital converter because photodiode output is analog and very weak signals so we used LM358 as amplifier.

Required Components :

1.Breadboard

2.LM358 IC 3.20k (Variable resistor) 4.10k, 100E 5.led light 6.IR pairs (IR Led & Photo diode)

Components Modified Inductor XL6009 Boost Converter Module Upgrading XL6009 Module First we need toroid inductor from old SMPS filter, now make 25 turns of 0.7mm copper wire with two wires hence we got two coils of same turns as shown in figure.
